Service Description

This 75-minute private session is a focused, practical, and embodied coaching experience designed to help you navigate your healing with clarity, confidence, and care. Cancer changes everything—and no matter where you are on the path, this session helps you step back into agency, with real tools and personalized support. What We’ll Do Together: ✅ Build a supportive strategy We’ll look at where you are right now—physically, emotionally, and energetically—and create a plan that supports your process from the inside out. ✅ If you're newly diagnosed We’ll explore the different paths ahead—whether you choose conventional treatment, holistic alternatives, or an integrative approach—and identify what’s most supportive for you. Vitamins, minerals, meditations, emotional grounding, nervous system support... we start putting pieces in place. ✅ If you're in treatment You’ll learn how to work with your body during this time—not against it. We’ll explore practices to reduce overwhelm, support digestion, boost immunity, and bring in presence through breath, ritual, and nourishment. ✅ If you’re in remission This is often the most disorienting stage. Together, we’ll explore what it means to re-enter your life after cancer, without losing what the journey awakened in you. ✨ What You’ll Receive: 75-minute private coaching session (Zoom) Lifestyle & nervous system check-in (sleep, digestion, energy, mood, resilience) Tailored ritual + nutrition guidance (including supplements, breath, journaling, etc.) Integration email with personal notes + next steps 1 week of WhatsApp support for check-ins and questions 🎯 This session is for you if… You’re newly diagnosed and unsure where to start You’re in treatment and want to feel more grounded, empowered, and supported You’ve finished treatment and are wondering, “What now?” You want a strategy that goes beyond survival—a path that supports your healing at every level This is not about choosing the “right” path.
