You've been told what to treat.
Not how to live through it.
A cancer diagnosis changes everything. Your health doesn't have to collapse with it.
Your holistic health matters — in every phase, and in every circumstance.
Holistic Path is not here to tell you what to choose or how to heal.
Medical care can remain central.
What this work offers is something that is always available to you:
Healthy habits; better rest & sleep, meditation & visualization techniques, YOGA & breathwork practices and conscious care; regardless of where you are in the process.
A cancer diagnosis does something immediate to our system: it activates the stress response. The nervous system shifts into survival mode — and often stays there.
That state is exhausting to live in, and difficult to heal in.
Holistic Path works from a simple premise: before the body can rest, recover, or integrate anything new, it needs to feel safe. Nervous system regulation is not a luxury or an add-on. It is the foundation everything else is built on.
Holistic Path offers practical, grounding methods that support relaxation,
alignment, and reconnection.
A resource you can always fall back on — during diagnosis, during treatment, and beyond.
I'm Jasper — a 3x Hodgkin lymphoma survivor, certified yoga teacher, and holistic cancer mentor. I've walked through cancer three times...
When I was first diagnosed with cancer, my focus was simple: survive.
I didn’t know it would return three times — and how many gaps I would encounter in both medical and holistic care.
Chemotherapy saved my life. What it didn’t offer was guidance on how to stay physically resilient, emotionally steady, or supported in daily life.
That absence shaped everything that followed. I began studying radical remissions, nervous system regulation, meditation, breathwork, yoga, and lifestyle-based healing — not as knowledge, but in experience.
I’ve lived on both sides of this journey: medical treatment and holistic support. And I know how overwhelming it can feel to navigate it alone.
Holistic Path grew from this experience.
It exists to offer the clarity, grounding, and steady support I once needed, alongside treatment, not just instead of it.

From lived experience, into service

A Calm Way Forward
A calm, structured approach to support during and beyond cancer.

Regulate
Creating internal safety so healing can begin.
Cancer — and everything around it — often pulls the nervous system into survival mode. Constant alertness. Difficulty sleeping. A mind that won't settle. Before the body can rest, digest, think clearly, or process emotion, it needs to feel safe again.
Through breathwork, gentle yoga, and simple grounding practices, we work with your nervous system to soften the stress response and restore the biological conditions for rest, clarity, and recovery.
What begins to shift inside you: As the noise quiets, something becomes possible that fear had blocked — the ability to hear yourself again. You begin to understand what your body is communicating, what your emotions are signalling, and who you are beneath the diagnosis. This is where Self-Knowledge begins. Not as an idea, but as a felt experience.
Returning to your inner signals and sense of direction.

Reconnect
As the system settles, it becomes easier to listen inward. You begin to sense what you actually need — not what you think you should need. This is often the phase where trust, shaken by diagnosis or treatment, quietly begins to rebuild.
Reconnect brings you back to yourself: your values, your intuition, your sense of what matters. Not by adding anything, but by clearing what has accumulated — the performance, the fear, the constant effort to hold everything together.
What begins to shift inside you: The internal voice that has been critical, frightened, or exhausted begins to soften. You learn to meet yourself without judgment. To sit with what is present — the grief, the uncertainty, the anger — without fighting it. This is Self-Compassion: not weakness, but the steady ground that everything else grows from.
Establish a sustainable rhythm of living

Restore
With regulation and reconnection in place, attention can shift toward daily life. Small, intentional rhythms — in movement, nourishment, rest, and emotional care — begin to compound. Energy returns. Steadiness builds. Healing becomes less something you strive toward, and more something you return to.
What begins to shift inside you: You move from someone things happen to, to someone who makes conscious choices about how to live. Not perfect choices — present ones. You are no longer navigating from survival. You are living from intention. This is Self-Mastery: the quiet confidence of someone who knows how to come back to themselves.
How we work together
- More information
A private session to establish steadiness, clarity, and a grounded starting point.
Working Together
When we work together, you’re not entering a program designed to “fix” you. You are entering a supported space to slow down, regulate, and regain steadiness during one of the most life-altering moments a person can face.
In practice, this looks like slowing down before anything else. A session might begin with breath — not as an exercise, but as a way of arriving. Of letting the body know it is no longer in danger right now.
From there, we can think more clearly, feel more accurately, and make choices from steadiness rather than fear. Regulation is not a concept discussed in sessions. It is something that happens in them.
We don’t heal you.
We help you create the conditions in which healing becomes possible. This work asks for a genuine willingness to slow down and turn inward. If that feels possible, even just a little, this is a good place to start!
What this looks like in practice
1–1 sessions rooted in presence
Each session is a calm, unhurried space where we orient to what’s happening in your body, mind, and inner world right now. We meet what’s present — whether you’re in diagnosis, treatment, recovery, or living with uncertainty.
Nervous system regulation
We work with simple, evidence-based practices to calm the stress response and support rest-and-repair:
-
Breathwork to settle overwhelm and increase life force within you
-
Ayurvedic inspired food and nutrition advice
-
Grounding practices to bring safety back into the body
-
Yoga practices you can integrate in your life
-
Meditation to create gentle awareness of tension, fatigue, or emotional charge
Everything is adapted to your capacity.
Talking, feeling, reflecting
We talk — honestly and humanly.
We reflect on fear, love, grief, anger, numbness, authenticy or confusion as they arise.
We gently explore emotional patterns, stored stress, and survival responses, to help your system feel safer again and increase healing.
Support between sessions
You’ll receive simple practices or reflections you can return to between sessions. These are designed to support clarity and continuity. Healing is a practice.
Steady continuity
When needed, short check-ins help prevent questions from building up and keep you from feeling alone with uncertainty. I walk alongside you as you find your rhythm again.
Why this matters
When the nervous system stays in survival mode for weeks or months — as it often does during diagnosis and treatment — the cost accumulates.
Sleep becomes shallow.
Digestion slows.
Concentration fragments.
Emotions feel either overwhelming or entirely absent.
The immune system, which functions best in a state of rest, is asked to work in a state of threat.
None of this is weakness.
It is biology doing exactly what it was designed to do. But the body cannot sustain that state indefinitely without consequence.
What changes when the system begins to regulate is not dramatic — it is quiet.
Sleep deepens.
Digestion settles.
Thoughts become clearer.
Emotions can move through rather than accumulate. The body is no longer spending all of its resources on staying alert. Some of that energy becomes available again — for recovery, for presence, for life.
That shift is what this work supports.
This work helps you shift from:
-
constant alertness → grounded awareness
-
overwhelm → orientation
-
surviving → living with more presence and choice
The eight pillars of Holistic Path.
These represent the essential areas we work with as you regulate, reconnect, and restore your capacity to live and heal well.
These pillars are not steps to complete or goals to achieve.
They are there to create structure, clarity and direction while allowing the work to adapt to your unique situation and timing.
Together, they provide a steady foundation that supports you throughout your journey, during and beyond cancer.
