HOLISTIC CANCER MENTORSHIP . YOGIC HEALIING . PRESENCE
You are not just
a body with
a diagnosis.
A mentorship for people navigating cancer — across every layer of who you are. Physical, energetic, mental, emotional, intuitive, spiritual. Guided by someone who has been there.
"Healing is not a place you go. It is how you live."
Physical
Nutrition, movement, and nervous system regulation alongside conventional treatment.
Mental
Meaning-making, mindset shifts, and the stories we carry about ourselves.
Emotional
Releasing what is unexpressed. Learning to feel without being overwhelmed.
Spiritual
Reconnecting to something larger. Devotion. Surrender. Inner wisdom
THE PHILOSOPHY
Most healing approaches look at the body.
They measure, scan, treat.
But yoga has known for thousands of years
that the physical body is only the outermost layer.
And disease rarely begins there.
In yogic philosophy, a human being exists across five koshas — five layers of being, from the densest to the most subtle. The physical body is just the first. Beneath it lives the energy body, the mind body, the wisdom body, and finally the bliss body — the dimension where we touch something larger than ourselves.
Cancer, like all profound illness, reverberates through every one of these layers. It is not just a physical event. It is a message from the deeper self — pointing at something that has been unheard, unfelt, unexpressed for too long.
This is not blame. This is not saying you caused your cancer. This is saying: your healing has more dimensions than your oncologist can measure. And those dimensions deserve attention.
"Before we treat the symptoms, we must understand the origin. What is the cause — the deeper cause — of this disease? That is the question yoga has always asked. And it is the question we will ask together."
THE FIVE KOSHAS
From the physical body
to the bliss body.
Yoga maps the human being across five concentric layers — the Pancha Kosha model. We work on all of them. Because healing that touches only the outermost layer is incomplete healing. Each kosha holds its own intelligence, its own wounds, and its own capacity for renewal.
ANAMAYA KOSHA
The Physical Body
The densest layer — flesh, bone, organs, cells. This is where conventional medicine works, and rightly so. But it is not where healing begins. It is where healing arrives — after the deeper layers have been addressed. We support this layer through nutrition, Ayurvedic practices, movement, and nervous system regulation.

PRANAYAMA KOSHA
The Energy Body
The life force that animates the physical. Prana flows through the body like breath through a flute — when it is blocked, the music stops. Chronic stress, unprocessed emotion, and disconnection from nature all deplete this layer. The breath is its primary medicine. When we learn to breathe consciously, we begin to restore the conditions for life itself.

MANOMAYA KOSHA
The Mental Body
Thoughts, beliefs, perceptions, and the identity we have constructed over a lifetime. This is where cancer often has its deepest roots — not in cells, but in the stories we have lived by since birth. The identities we absorbed from family, from trauma, from society. The voice that says: I am not enough. I must keep going. I cannot rest. Changing these patterns changes the biological terrain.

VIJNANAMAYA KOSHA
The Wisdom Body
The layer of deeper knowing — intuition, discernment, the inner intelligence that exists beneath the noise of the mind. Most people live their entire lives without accessing this layer. Illness, paradoxically, can crack it open. The diagnosis that seemed like a sentence becomes an invitation — to listen to a wisdom you had been too busy to hear. This is where Yoga Nidra works most profoundly.

ANANDAMAYA KOSHA
The Bliss Body
The innermost layer — the dimension of pure being, of connection to something larger than the individual self. This is not a religious concept. It is the lived experience of moments when the self dissolves: in deep meditation, in nature, in profound love, in the surrender that sometimes comes at the edge of death. This is the layer where the deepest healing arises. Not through doing — but through finally allowing.

All healing is
indirect
We tend to believe that our actions have a direct effect. Take this pill, shrink the tumour. Do this practice, heal this thing. But most of our actions work indirectly — by creating conditions, shifting terrain, preparing the ground.

This is why hoping for a quick fix for cancer misunderstands the nature of the disease. Cancer does not arise overnight. It builds across years — across layers — through patterns of thought, emotion, energy, and perception that have compounded slowly into physical form.

The healing, then, must also move through layers. Touch the energy body and the physical body responds. Shift the mental pattern and the nervous system relaxes. Open the wisdom body and something that has been held for decades finally releases.

This is the essence of yogic therapy. Not treating the symptom. Understanding the origin.

Pranayama
Conscious breath regulation. The bridge between body and mind — the most direct access to the autonomic nervous system we have.
Yoga Nidra
Yogic sleep — a guided state between waking and dreaming where the deepest patterns can be touched and released without effort.
Hi, I’m Jasper.
I’ve walked through cancer three times and it changed everything.

After a decade-long journey through cancer, chemotherapy, and holistic healing, my understanding of healing was shaped not only by survival, but by what it takes to live well afterward.

My work brings together nervous system regulation, breathwork, lifestyle medicine, and embodied practices — supporting people in moving out of survival mode and into a steadier, more coherent way of living, during and beyond illness.

Holistic Path integrates modern medical care with timeless holistic principles. It respects diagnosis and treatment, while also honoring the inner life — the nervous system, the emotions, the meaning-making.
Healing is alignment.

My work is not about fixing what is broken. It is about supporting what is already capable of healing from within.
How this work came to be.
Holistic Path offers personal 1–1 mentorship
To help you restore connection and move through this experience with steadiness and clarity.
Nothing in you functions in isolation. This mentorship works with that intelligence — bringing your system back into rhythm, strengthening nervous-system resilience, and restoring clarity when everything feels uncertain.
This work does not assign blame.
It does not demand positivity.
And it does not simplify something that is deeply human.
This is a holistic lifestyle mentorship to support you during and beyond cancer.

Especially in times of uncertainty, learning to listen inward becomes essential.
To slow down.
To hear the subtle whispers of your own heart, and look gently at what shapes your inner world; stress patterns, beliefs, emotional habits, that keep the nervous system in survival mode.

Healing is not something you can totally control.
It is something you can create space for:

Through regulated breath.
Restorative sleep.
Nourishing nutrition.
Emotional expression.
Consciouss movement.

Daily rituals that build resilience instead of pressure.
Not to “fix” yourself, but to become someone who lives in alignment with health.

That is when healing stops being a fight.
And becomes a way of being.

This is where peace, harmony, and healing begin.
As a living practice.
A sustainable way of being, with, and without cancer, and beyond it.
Reflections from people I’ve worked with

Your diagnosis is not here to break you.
It’s asking for your conscious direction.

Pause.
Breathe.
Rest.
Release.

Healing begins with rhythm, not force.

When you’re ready, we begin.
