Hi, I’m Jasper.
I’ve walked through cancer three times and it changed everything.

After a decade-long journey through cancer, chemotherapy, and recovery, my understanding of healing was shaped not only by survival, but by what it takes to live well afterward.
My work brings together nervous system regulation, breathwork, lifestyle medicine, and embodied practices — supporting people in moving out of survival mode and into a steadier, more coherent way of living, during and beyond illness.
Holistic Path integrates modern medical care with timeless holistic principles. It respects diagnosis and treatment, while also honoring the inner life — the nervous system, the emotions, the meaning-making. Healing here is not performance. It is alignment.
